Celebrate Hanukkah With Us!

Hanukkah (Sometimes spelled Chanukah) begins Thursday evening, December 7, 2023 and continues through Friday, December 15, 2023

Congregation Beth Shalom will begin our celebration  Thursday evening, beginning 7:00 pm.

Hanukkah is the Judaic eight-day, wintertime “Festival of Lights”  better known as Feast of Dedication, celebrated with a nightly menorah; chanukiah; a special nine candle menorah that is lit on the festival of Hanukkah,) lighting, special prayers, and fried foods.

So bring your hanukiah, if not we’ll have one for you to light , and come and enjoy the festivities that commemorate this special occasion when we honor HaShem for the miracle of Hanukkah.
